For most of the last 170 years, buying from A. Moosajee Sons has come down to a conversation across the counter and a handshake. Online, the handshake needs a few more words. Here they are. By placing an order on amoosajeesons.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is run by A. Moosajee Sons of Karachi, Pakistan, the house behind A. Moosajee Sons, Cavalier and Bloom.

2. Your order

  • Once you order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Order ID. Our customer care team will then call to confirm the details before we process it.
  • You can add to an order, or change it within 24 hours, as long as it hasn't been processed. Call or email us with your Order ID.
  • Only items in stock can be ordered online. We don't take pre-orders.
  • Occasionally we may need to cancel all or part of an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock issue or a technical fault. If that happens, we'll tell you promptly and refund anything you've paid in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
  • Pay by cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
  • Card payments are encrypted end to end.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is free on every order within Pakistan, with no minimum order.
  • We deliver worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes and levies charged in your country are paid by you, not by AMS.
  • Your confirmation email includes a tracking ID so you can follow your parcel.

5. Exchanges

  • Full-price ready-to-wear, fabric and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, if unused, in their original packaging and with all tags and labels intact. Standard courier charges apply.
  • Anything bought on promotion, sale, discount or clearance is final sale: no exchange, no refund.
  • If something arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we'll exchange or refund it. This covers full-price garments, stitched orders and fabric, for customers in Pakistan.
  • Stitching orders are handled case by case. Call us and we'll talk it through.
  • We can't currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders. If a defective item reaches you abroad, contact us and we'll find a solution.

6. Made to order and stitching

Cavalier pieces are made to order. When you enquire through Customize & Order, we agree the design, measurements, timeline and payment with you directly before any work begins. If a stitched order doesn't fit as expected, we'll alter it at no extra charge.

7. Colours and photography

Every product photo shows the actual item. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, especially on fabric. If you're unsure, ask us before you order and we'll advise.

8. Your account

Keep your login details private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

9. Our content

The text, photography, designs and logos on this website belong to A. Moosajee Sons, Cavalier and Bloom. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and each order is covered by the terms in place when it was placed.
