Since 1854, customers have trusted A. Moosajee Sons with their measurements, their occasions and their preferences. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us online, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Details you give us. Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you place an order, create an account, sign up for our newsletter or message us on WhatsApp. For made-to-order and stitching orders, this includes your measurements.
Order details. What you bought, when, and how you paid. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't see or store your full card number.
Browsing information. Your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To process, confirm and deliver your order, including our confirmation call.
To answer your questions and handle exchanges and alterations.
To send you news about new collections and offers, if you've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the website is used, improve it, and measure and show our advertising.

Only the services that help us run the business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our delivery partners, and analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe
