BILLING INFORMATION

When signed in, your billing information will automatically be updated in the given fields. In case you haven’t registered yet, you will be asked for your Name and Address. You can also choose to Ship to this address OR Ship to different address when paying with credit card, in case you need your products delivered to an address that isn’t associated with your bank account. Choosing these options will take you to a separate page where you must enter your new shipping address to complete the order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All the information you provide will be summarized at the top of the payment information screen. Make sure you review these details and make any changes necessary. The next page will display an order summary that includes your ordered products, price, quantity, subtotal, cost of shipping, method of delivery and the grand total. Make your payment at the very next page by choosing one of the available payment options and complete your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your shipment tracking ID and other important details.

1. How will I know if AMS has received my order?

Once we log your order, you will receive an email which includes important details related to your order, like a unique Order ID, price of items ordered and other details. You will also receive a confirmation call from Customer Service, once you confirm your order, it will be processed.

2. Can items be added to an existing order?

Yes. Orders can be combined and items can be added to existing orders in case the order is yet to be processed.

3. Can I suggest changes to an order?

You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending a request through email or calling Customer Care with your Order ID. Changes can only be made in case the order hasn’t been processed.

4. Can I place my order from anywhere in the world?

Absolutely! A. Moosajee Sons delivers quality products all over the globe.

5. Can I pre-order an item?

Only Available items can be purchased through our website.

6. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

A. Moosajee Sons ensures that all policies are diligently followed to simplify our customers’ experiences. Read our policies carefully to understand how they may affect you: • Only Accessories purchased from our online store can only be exchanged via the same channel. • Accessories can be exchanged within 7 working days given that they are unused, with label intact, and tagged within their original packaging. • The goods have to be returned to our warehouse within the appointed time, where they will be exchanged and replaced by your new orders, ready to be dispatched once again. Standard courier charges will apply. • Exchange is not applicable of items purchased from a SALE. • The exchange policy can only be availed within 7 days after receiving your order.

7. What if the products I ordered are defected?

At A. Moosajee Sons, all purchases are final. No refunds are available on any of the products we offer. However, in case you find any inconsistencies in your order, like size or color, or you receive a defected product, please email us at customercare@amoosajeesons.com with your order details and your refund will be promptly processed. This facility is only available in Pakistan.

8. Can international customers make a return?

We do not offer any exchange or refund opportunities for international orders at this time.

9. Which items cannot be returned?

All Fabrics and some Accessories sales are final and no return or exchange is possible due to the personal nature of the products. Items that are incomplete or have a component missing, damaged and used items, undergarments and items purchased through SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded.

10. In case of a technical issue on the website, where can I place my order?

We employ a team of experts who ensure that our website operates smoothly at all times. However, in case our website is going through some technical problems, we humbly request you to try again later, or call us during business hours (add number). You can also email us at customercare@amoosajeesons.com if the problem persists.

11. Which is the preferred browser or device for your website and order placement?

Our website is completely responsive for all devices and is supported by all contemporary browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

12. Are the products identical to the pictures displayed/publicized?

All products are identical to the pictures displayed, however, colors may vary slightly according to what they may appear in the image. Your screen resolution may cause slight inconsistencies in color.

13. What are your delivery charges?

For all orders from within Pakistan that are priced below PKR 10,000/-, deliveries will be charged at a minimum of PKR 200 for Karachi and PKR 250 for other cities. Depending on the laws and regulations of each country, all custom taxes for international orders shall be borne by the customer solely. A. Moosajee Sons is not responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, duties, etc.

14. How can I get my customized stitched product altered?

AMS offers alteration in case you face any issues with your stitching order. Please contact our Customer Care and your order will be altered as per your preference free of cost.

15. How can I find a specific product I am looking for?

Use the product filter to search for your desired products. You can filter products by occasion, color, category, price, fabric type, and more.

16. How can I receive regular updates about the upcoming new collections?

Sign up for an account or subscribe to our e-newsletter to stay informed about all on-going promotions, upcoming collections, etc. You can unsubscribe to the e-newsletter at any time.

17. Is there a minimum order limit?

None.

18. How do I lodge a complaint?
