We do not offer any cash refunds. Ready-made items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase given that they are in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt they receive with their order. However, fabric and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned in any condition. All purchases made during a promotional SALE are final; no exchange or refund can be processed on sale items.
