1. How do I place an order?
Select your desired product(s) and confirm to place your order. Choose any one of the following ways to place your order:
- Order through Product Screen
Ordering through the product screen allows you to easily order in bulk. Simply add to the quantity of your item and place orders for multiple units of the same product.
- Choose Add to Cart
Choosing Add to Cart will take you to the Shopping Cart, which will denote price, quantity, subtotal, selected products, total amount, etc. Double check your order details and Proceed to Checkout to complete order placement.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
Call our Customer Care to check the status of your order or get in touch with one of our representatives through our social media platforms, who’re always on standby to answer your queries.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling your order is only possible before it has been shipped. Send your cancellation request to our customercare@amoosajeesons.com to check whether you are eligible for cancellation. In case your order has already been shipped, you can choose to get a Refund or Exchange the product in accordance with our policies. Your orders may sometimes be cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- Unavailability
- Out-of-stock
- Pricing errors
- Payment non-verification

6. How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
Add your selected items to your cart and follow the steps below to make your payment through COD:
a. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
b. Fill in your Billing Information, email address, and choose a Shipping Method.
c. Select Cash on Delivery when filling up your payment information and then click on ‘Place Order’.
d. Take note of the order number provided at the ‘Thank You’ page and in your email.
e. Your order will be delivered through TRAX Logistics.
f. You’ll be required to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, and receive your purchase receipt, Or you can also pay via your Credit/Debit Card.
7. Are there any additional charges for Cash on Delivery for e.g. cash handling charges?
For domestic orders, no additional charges are applicable on Cash on Delivery. For international orders, please refer to the shipping policy.
8. In how many destinations is this service available?
A. Moosajee Sons provides Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan, however, this facility is not available for international orders.
9. If there are multiple items ordered within the same order, will they be delivered at the same time? If not, then will the payment be in portions or otherwise?
For orders with multiple items, all the products are ideally shipped in a single package.
10. Do shipping charges vary with the weight of the order?
Yes, charges may vary depending on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
11. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
A total number of three (3) attempts will be made to deliver your parcel. Please ensure that your address, phone number, country and area code is correctly mentioned when placing your order. After the third failed attempt, the product will be returned to A. Moosajee Sons.
12. What is the delivery time?
Your order requires 3-5 days to reach you, depending upon your destination.
13. What could be the reasons behind delayed delivery of my order?
We try our best to ensure that your chosen products reach you on time, however, timely delivery is dependent upon the availability of the product you chose, your order confirmation and payment authorization.
14. What are the delivery charges?
For all orders from within Pakistan that are priced below PKR 10,000/-, deliveries will be charged at a minimum of PKR 200 for Karachi and PKR 250 for other cities, and may be higher depending on packaging, quantity, size and weight. Depending on the nature of each country, all custom taxes for international orders shall be borne by the customer solely. A. Moosajee Sons is not responsible for any taxes, levies, duties, etc.
15. Is there a possibility of splitting the order in case of un-availability of part of the order?
All items associated with a single order are typically shipped in a single parcel. In case of any exceptions, customers will be notified and their payments adjusted.

17. How can I make a payment?
You can make your payment in any one of the following ways:
COD - Cash on Delivery
Customers from all over Pakistan can pay in cash on delivery (COD).
Online Debit or Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
Customers can use their VISA Debit/Credit Card or MasterCard Debit/Credit Card to complete the payment.
NOTE: All payments that are processed digitally are encrypted end-to-end via SSL to ensure that our customers’ identity and important details remain secure and protected.
18. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to make online payments?
All financial information that we receive by our customers is encrypted so that it remains secure and confidential – we do not share, rent out or sell any information.
19. Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can make your payment in cash by selecting COD as your delivery method. This facility is only available for domestic orders.
20. Do I have to pay any taxes on domestic orders?
For domestic orders, prices are inclusive of all taxes.
21. Do I have to pay any international duty and charges?
On international orders, depending on the nature of each country, any custom taxes that are applicable shall be borne by the customer solely. A. Moosajee Sons is not responsible for any taxes, levies, duties, etc. All clearance charges will be borne by the customer.
22. Does the price of the order include shipping?
Shipping charges are indicated separately. The final payment shown on the website will always include shipping charges. Free Shipping is applicable on all domestic orders above PKR 10,000.
23. Are all items and stitching options available for international shipping?
All available products and stitching options on our website are available both domestically and internationally.

Sign in and choose My Account. Here, you can edit or update all your information. In case you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, contact our Customer Service at your earliest. Your requested changes will be made if your order has not been processed.
33. How do I find out the complete cost of my order?
The final cost of your order is specified at the Checkout page. You will also receive a confirmation email with all important order details, including the shipping charges, address, number of products, etc. For international orders, any additional charges custom taxes that may be applicable shall be borne by the customer solely.
34. In which currency are the products displayed?
When you access our website from Pakistan, you can see the cost of each item in PKR. For international customers, a currency changer is available on the top left corner of our website.
35. Are prices negotiable?
